Riyadh — Mubasher: Mulkia Investment Company reported a net profit of SAR 7.66 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, marking a 21.70% drop from the SAR 9.79 million recorded in H1-25, according to a bourse disclosure.
Earnings per share (EPS) fell to SAR 0.85 in H1-26, compared to SAR 1.09 in the previous year.
The company noted that earnings per share (EPS) were calculated based on 9 million shares following a capital increase through bonus shares.
The company’s total revenue declined by 16.88% to SAR 19.30 million from SAR 23.23 million a year earlier.
Mulkia Investment attributed the SAR 3.90 million annual drop in revenue primarily to a SAR 6.10 million decrease in income from investment services and asset management.
Additional factors included nearly SAR 300,000 reduction in realized gains from investment sales and around SAR 200,000 decline in other income.
These losses were partially offset by a SAR 2.70 million increase in unrealized gains from investment revaluations.
Total expenses during H1-26 decreased by SAR 1.80 million compared to H1-25.
Total shareholders' equity rose by 8.97% to SAR 98.49 million in January-June 2026.
Mulkia Investment reported total assets under management of SAR 3.77 billion.
